What We Do:
Day after day, person by person, in communities throughout the Tulsa area and across the United States, the American Red Cross teaches people how to be prepared. How We Do It:
Through disaster relief services, health and safety courses, youth programs and first aid tools, the American Red Cross equips thousands of individuals, young people, businesses and volunteers with the power to make a difference in their own lives and the lives of their families, friends, neighbors and co-workers. These people are doing so fearful things! The techs were very professional and fast. I went in during a radio special that was trying to increase donations and loved that I could show up early and donate before work!

I had my appointment confirmed was all excited to be donating Platelets at 7.15am before a full days work on Saturday. Got up at 6am and drove from Glenpool OK to 11th St arrived early and was told that because the were short staffed I would not be able to donate today. SORRY. I was totally blown away and now have a bitter taste in my mouth in regards to ever donating again. Thanks for getting me out of bed early Red Cross you suck. You have lost a Platelet Donator over your mishandling of this matter. I'm pissed off
