Wait times are short and they helped a lot, however, the distance to drive is ridiculous. There is a smaller office in downtown Littleton and should have the same services offered as here. On a side note, the phone line to call is a huge waste of time so don’t call it, just waste the gas and unpaid time to drive to Aurora.

They could at least extend the hours to 5:00 PM I myself need to turn in paper work often and it's always right at 4:30 and the doors are already locked. I'VE SEEN NOT ONLY MYSELF BUT SEVERAL OTHERS NEEDIND TO TURN PAPERWORK. Not everyone can get here before 4:30 due to school, jobs or other committments.

Within less than a month of moving here, I was able to get approved for the services I required, and already received multiple proof cards in the mail. I missed my initial appointment because my phone was having issues. I called and they got me scheduled for less than a week later and told me what to bring, where to go, and website for more information. The process once I was there, was very simple. This is now the 3rd state in which I've dealt with DHHS, and by far the easiest to get a hold of and Jessica in the office went, what I feel, was above and beyond what she needed to.

Case manager left voicemal with phone that was main office phone. On hold for about an hour when the estimated time kept saying 20min. Automated phone was not easy so I could reach case manager.

Ok service and a good place to find information on food banks and state programs
