Community oriented hospice that provides quality individualized care at the end of life, where ever the patient resides.  Volunteers play an important role in the philosophy of care at AseraCare Hospice. They provide support to patients and their families that helps enhance the patient's quality of life and reduce the family's caregiving burden. Hospice volunteers may:

-run errands

-prepare light meals

-stay with a patient to give family members a break

-lend emotional support

-provide companionship

-help out with light housekeeping

-perform music

-anything else you can imagine to help

AseraCare volunteers bring a wide variety of skills and talents to our patients and families in support of our hospice team. Every hospice volunteer has something special and significant to contribute, and we welcome new ideas and contributions.
