The Center for Meteorite Studies is home to the world's largest university-based meteorite collection. We house specimens representing over 1,800 separate meteorite falls, and our collection is actively used for geological, planetary, and space science research at ASU and throughout the world. The Center for Meteorite Studies is dedicated to making its over 1625 meteorites accessible to the local and international public and science communities. To this end, we often loan meteorites for display to educational institutions across the country and around the world.
