Aviation North, located at the Alpena County Regional Airport, has served the flying public for over 26 years. We operate a full-service fixed base operation (FBO), providing 100LL and Jet A fueling services as well as crew car/car rental, flight planning and crew rest facilities. Also know as Phelps Collins Aviation, Inc., we are an FAA-certified Air Carrier and operate an FAA-approved Repair Station. We also operate a Part 61 Flight Scholl licensed by the State of Michigan. Our pilots have over 100 years of collective safety minded aviation experience.
