Backyard Gardens is a small market garden operation located by the beautiful Wallowa Mountains in northeastern Oregon. Our goal is to produce high quality, nutritious, and beautiful produce in an environmentally and socially friendly manner for the community. Currently, we seek to accomplish this on 1.5 acres in the town of Joseph. We supply quality produce to our rural community through farmers markets, CSA, direct sales, restaurants, and several retail stores. We grow a wide variety of crops, though specialize in salad mixes and greens. Though not certified organic, the farm attempts to follow the guidelines of organic growing practices, using natural biological systems and no pesticides or herbicides

Each box should contain enough produce to feed about two to four people for the week, depending on your eating habits. Produce varies with the season, and tends to get more bountiful as the season progresses. Produce is available for pickup weekly in Joseph and Enterprise.
