The Big Bear Chamber of Commerce serves the entire Big Bear Valley. The Board is comprised of 16 directors that are elected by the membership and volunteer to serve a two-year term. Seven of these directors also serve on the Executive Committee as committee chairpersons.

The Chamber is supported by the Ambassadors, a non-elected committee of 16 members. The Ambassadors provide membership support and participate in ribbon cuttings, mixers and the monthly Power Breakfasts.

The ChamberMaids, a Division of the Chamber, also support the Chamber through fundraising and volunteer efforts. The President of the Chamber Maids serves on the Chamber Board.

As the leading business association, the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce is an assertive, independent advocate of business interests for its diverse membership, exercising its influence valley-wide, regionally, and beyond, to:

-Promote the business community
-Represent the interests of business to government
-Provide networking opportunities
-Political Action
