About Us
The Convention Center at Big Bear Lake is a unique facility from it's design and floor plan, to the Center's operating entity. Unlike most Convention Centers, the Convention Center at Big Bear Lake is privately held and operated by Big Bear Enterprises, LLC.
A true alpine event center, the facility is home to several annual events including:
-The Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest, celebrating 35 years of Bavarian fun and good times.
-The Spring Air Home & Garden Show – Memorial Day Weekend
-The Big Bear Lake Independence Day Festival – July 4th Weekend
-The Fall Fest – Labor Day Weekend
-The Mountain Christmas Boutique – Thanksgiving Weekend
-Winterfest – Presidents Holiday Weekend

Because the Convention Center is a privately held facility and operated by a small firm, we can provide services that other similar facilities cannot, like quick decision making, versatility, and one-on-one event planning and creative consultation. Unlike facilities that are operated by local governments or public owned, we have more flexibility and provide our clients with that same small town hospitality that has become synonymous with Big Bear Lake.
By definition, Big Bear Enterprises, LLC is a small group of entrepreneurs whose goal is to help visitors to the Big Bear Lake area and clients who rent the facility, to have a great time! Life is short, it should be celebrated. While your event may only last a day, memories and friendships made will last a lifetime.
