We will enhance the way visitors and residents experience New York City by having a positive impact, consistently delivering world-class customer service, and by creating leaders in our community.
Vision:
At Bike and Roll, we will have a positive impact by giving back to our community. We give back through free instruction, local job creation and team member training. We give back by being environmentally friendly, creating healthy transportation options for tourists and locals alike and by teaching skills that team members will be able to apply throughout their professional career.
Bike and Roll consistently delivers world-class customer service by developing expectations for our team members. We understand that development alone is not enough, we must create plans to meet and exceed these expectations. We will turn our guests into "raving fans" by creating a guest focused culture. We will achieve this by empowering our team members and understand that focusing on our guests will always have positive outcomes.
Bike and Roll is committed to doing more than running a business, we are committed to creating leaders. We will educate our team members with regard to management, customer service and people skills all while providing an environment that incubates leadership and personal development.
