The Bloomington IDPA is a shooting sports club that operates at Darnall’s Gun Works and Ranges in Bloomington, Illinois. Our monthly meets are a safe and fun way to develop better skills and proficiency for personal defense using a handgun.

The International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) uses concealed carry principles to solve simulated “real world” self-defense scenarios. If you are interested in competing and practicing with your concealed carry gear, come out to shoot! Spectators are welcome as well.
