The Blue Devils' Wicked Wheels Car Fest, presented by Springfield Local Schools with support from Belle Tire, The Countertop Shop, Elizabeth Scott, White Family Dealerships, Yoder Machinery, is returning to the campus of Springfield HIgh School.
