By the year 2023, Bellefonte Borough will be a community of opportunity and prosperity.
It will support plans and strategies to provide high quality community services creating an attractive, clean, accessible, and safe community, ensure the preservation of natural and cultural resources, and provide the infrastructure to support opportunities for individual and business growth and development, with special emphasis on recreation, history, and the arts.
