History of Brandywine Regional Police Department:

            Brandywine Regional Police is a full service police organization which provides 24/7 police protection to the residents of Wallace Township and East Brandywine Township.

            Brandywine Regional Police are members of the Western Central Chester Emergency Response Team (WCCERT). The team consists of specially trained officers from seven police agencies who are responsible for responding to high risk incidents. Officers specialize in one of four areas which include tactical operator, sniper, medical technician or negotiations.

            The residents of Wallace Township and East Brandywine Township are very fortunate to have the Police Officers of the Brandywine Regional Police serving them. As the police administrator I could not ask for a more team oriented, professional group of individuals to lead. I can assure you that the BRP officers are dedicated to protecting you and that we will do whatever it takes to give you peace of mind, that in today's society, we all need.
