If you are interested in your cattle like we are you may purchase your beef and we can finish it as you would like. Chicken, pork and raw milk will be added as demand dictates.

We are a family operated ranch in Northwest Kaufman County. Flanked by the John Bunker Sands Wetlands, we have bottomland and upland. Our bulls are Registered Angus selected for their small birth weight and good growing calves that will marble out. Our mammas are selected for their mothering and milking abilities. Our goal is to go from pasture to plate without using synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or antibiotics on our land or in our animals. This is beef that we eat ourselves so we want it good tasting, tender and healthful.
