The Brookville Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organization with a purpose to unite the area's business and professional individuals to help improve and support businesses within the Brookville area.

Its membership works to improve professional, ethical and physical standards; to assist new and existing businesses in their growth, and to encourage new businesses.

The Chamber works toward building a stronger community by improving communication and cooperation between the public and private sectors.

The Brookville Chamber of Commerce is a member of the Miami Valley Chamber of Caucus and the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance, (SOCA).
