A worshiping community located at Georgia Ave. and the Beltway, Calvary was founded in 1946. Professionals, students, government employees and families have been a part of the Calvary community since the beginning. We are located just at the edge of Washington DC at one of the busiest intersections in the state.

Central to the Calvary identity and mission is a commitment to showing the relevance of the gospel of Jesus in the midst of a busy and hectic culture. Blending many elements from the past and present our worship services are a chance to join with others before the glory and goodness of God, hearing His word and applying it to daily life.
