1/3 bushel produce and herbs weekly between May/June and November depending on weather. We also will be offering eggs and chicken as a option later this year on a biweekly basis. We also plan on offering first chance on Angus beef sides later this year. We will include a 14 to 18 pound Thanksgiving turkey at no additional cost, Deep fried or smoked if desired, Stuffing and preparation will be extra. We will also offer pumpkin and mince pies for the holidays at a additional charge.

We are a family operated organic farm. We use only heirloom seeds and use no Herbicides or Pesticides, no Monsanto or GMO. We will be raising Pearl White Leghorn and Rhode Island Red chickens for eggs and Jumbo Cornish X Rock chickens for meat, as well as Standard and Broad breasted Bronze turkeys. We also plan to add Chinese Ring Neck Pheasants later this year. All birds will be organically fed and free range. It is our intention to add milk goats and some Jersey milk cows and Angus beef cattle later this year. We also raise Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff's). We would welcome farm visits by appointment after June (too busy planting before). We grow a full line of heirloom vegetables and herbs including greens and melons.
