The Center for Emerging Art, Inc. has been presenting a comprehensive annual arts program, performances, exhibitions, lectures, workshops and seminars and community art programs in Miami-Dade County for the past ten years. Our mission is to facilitate a forum in which artists and the public can together challenge traditions, explore new ideas, and serve as a gateway through which the artists can enter the arts mainstream

The Center for Emerging Art, Inc. has developed an organizational structure which is reflective on Dade County's pluralistic composition for its Boards of Directors, administration, artists, participants. In addition to our programming the Center for Emerging Art, Inc. has expanded its Preserving the Legacy?Artists-in-Residency to other Miami-Dade County Senior Community Centers and is to continue developing the Exploring the Community Through Art?program on Miami Beach.
