The Charles Towne Long Rifles is a black powder muzzleloading rifle club. We primarily shoot traditional style flintlock and percussion rifles, muskets, and pistols. Established in 1965, we lease a private 100 yd. range located in the Francis Marion National Forest, 25 mi. north of Charleston, SC. Map to the range is at the bottom of this blog. Monthly shoots are held on the last Sunday of the month unless it interferes with a holiday (Nov & Dec, sometimes Easter, etc.)
