Chatsworth School will provide a nurturing, challenging, safe learning environment in which students will learn concepts and skills as outlined by the Maryland State Content Standards/Voluntary Curriculum. Progress will be measured through ongoing, meaningful assessment and standardized tests. Schoolwide instructional strategies and support services will be implemented to help students meet or exceed state standards and achieve to their highest potential.

The Chatsworth School will be a professional learning community where teachers are not only members of a team, but also highly qualified leaders, skilled in utilizing modern research based best practices and sharing expertise on a school-wide level.
