COMMUNITY WIDE DEACONSHIP TRAINING

 

PURPOSE:  To strengthen serving deacon/deaconess and prepare potential servants for the

 

responsibilities of the diaconate office and skills associated affectionate service within their tenure. . 

 

 

MISSION: To provide training that will enhance and strengthen worship services in the area communities.

 

 

RATIONALE: The Clarksville, Tennessee and area communities experience tremendous turnover and population shifts every year.  This yearly transition places a challenge upon Pastors and church leaders, in terms of their ability to maintain continuity within their respective churches.

 

 

OBJECTIVE:  This training will enhance the overall Christian community leadership structure and create strong unity and corporation in the mist of God's people.

 

 

FOCUS POINT:  To encourage experienced individuals within this community to develop and enhance their God given knowledge and wisdom, through increased service to the people of God.
