About Us:
The Cleveland Artists Foundation (CAF), founded in 1984, is a non-profit regional art history organization that explicitly exhibits and collects the works of Northeast Ohio artists.

Join CAF today and enjoy a year's worth of exhibits, lectures and programming. Each year our calendar features five exhibits, corresponding lectures, workshops for all ages, and member outings. Whether you are new to appreciating the Cleveland artistic tradition, or already knowledgeable about this fine heritage, CAF offers something for everyone.

CAF plans projects and programs in collaboration with other institutions. CAF engages in study and exhibition projects centering on topics of art historical interest and documents its studies with publications.

CAF exhibitions often show a continuation of tradition between Cleveland School artists and more established artists working today. CAF strives to offer a variety of visual arts experiences including painting, prints, crafts, sculpture and more.

In addition, CAF serves as a resource on the art history of this region by actively sharing its collection and publications, video and oral histories, and supportive and archival materials.
