Community Care Alliance is a multi-disciplinary, comprehensive human service organization with the capacity to customize services to best address the needs of the people in the community. Community Care Alliance build on the array of services provided by FRCA and NRICS to strengthen families, individuals and the broader community. The agency offers more than 50 programs including emergency and supported housing, basic needs support, counseling, employment & workforce development, financial stability, child welfare, peer support, youth services, education support, programs for families with young children, and other services to help people overcome challenges and build better lives.
