For 41 years Community Care Connections, Inc. has been providing programs and services for infants, children and adults with disabilities throughout Butler County, PA.

Our mission is to provide programs and services that empower children and adults with disabilities to live more safely and independently in their homes, schools, neighborhoods and communities.

We offer eight different programs and services including: Adult Services Program, Attendant Care Services Coordination Program, Children's Services Program, Community Home Program, Homemaker Chore Services Program, Golden Opportunities Adult Day Program, Infant-Toddler Therapy Services Program and Elks Home Service Program.
