Our local Community Health Centers, in Craig and Steamboat Springs, provide medical services for people of all ages, all income levels, and all insurance status on a sliding fee scale based on income. As the only federally qualified Community Health Centers in Northwest Colorado, we utilize many resources to help clients access quality affordable health care.
