The Concord Library opened January 1977 and, as the headquarters for Cabarrus County Public Libraries, provides a variety of services to adults and children. This Library is 26,000 square feet and has fourteen public internet and word processing workstations. Of special interest at this library are the bookmobile and the Lore History Room.
