Jeff Wherley serves as the Program Director and the Education and Awareness Specialist. Gordon Mohler is the litter collection supervisor. Tim Beck is recycling site manager.

The Coshocton County Litter Prevention and Recycling Office operates several programs which deal directly with solid waste. The best-known of these programs are the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Day and the Tire Collection Day. The HHW Day is designed to handle the toxic and dangerous chemicals which can accrue in the average household. The tire collection is, obviously enough, for tires. This collection is also limited to households in the local Solid Waste District (Coshocton, Fairfield, Licking or Perry Counties), and a nominal fee is usually charged per tire, depending on what type of tire it is. To see if and when these events will be held this year, check our calendar of events on this web page, or call the office.
