The school houses over 400 students in grades 1-5 and shares a campus with Woodlawn Middle School for grades 6-8. Country Meadows and Woodlawn are two of seven schools in Kildeer Community Consolidated School District 96. Students at Country Meadows enjoy a comprehensive learning program. There are 20 self-contained grade level classrooms. Children attend art and music class once a week and have daily physical education. A computer lab and learning center serve to enrich classroom activities.
