We are pleased to announce the formation of CourtWatch Brevard.

CourtWatch Brevard is a group of concerned citizens who care about the court system's handling of victims in cases of child abuse, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault cases. Victims are all ages and gender.

What is a Court Watcher?

Court watchers go into the court room during court hearings and fill in simple CourtWatch Brevard forms and write their  opinions about how the victim was treated by the court.

Who volunteers to be a court watcher?

· Any concerned citizen who cares about victim safety, from seniors to stay at home parents

· Groups: , clubs, societies, leagues churches, councils, businesses, or any other group of concerned citizens

· University of Central Florida, Brevard Community College, or other university students who need service learning credits

· High school students (*under age 18, must have notarized parental permission)

How much time do I spend court watching? As little or as much as you like.
