Cranbury Plainsboro Little League Organization and Governance.

Cranbury-Plainsboro Little League is a registered 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to providing baseball and softball programs for children in Cranbury and Plainsboro Townships. Cranbury Plainsboro Little League is registered as a Charitable Organization with the Division of Consumer Affairs of the State of New Jersey under Registration Number CH1350900.

The league is chartered by and operates under the rules and regulations of Little League Baseball, Inc of Williamsport, PA. CPLL is one of the nineteen leagues in Little League District 12 . Our District Administrator is David Koehler.

Cranbury-Plainsboro Little League and Little League Baseball, Incorporated will not limit participation in its activities on the basis of disability, race, color, creed, national origin, gender or religious preference.

The CPLL Board of Directors is responsible for the management of the property and affairs of Cranbury-Plainsboro Little League. The Directors are elected by the members of the League each year at the Annual General Meeting in June. Following the Annual General Meeting the Directors meet and elect the League's officers from the membership of the Board.
