Pack 364 is chartered to Bayside Presbyterian Church, with the mission to serve the boys of Thoroughgood and surrounding areas towards outdoor awareness, character building, and skills education, in line with the established program of the Tidewater Council, Boy Scouts of America.

All boys (6-10 years old) are welcome to attend our functions and make inquiries about joining - attendance at Thoroughgood Elementary or Bayside Presbyterian is not required.
