7:00pm to 8:00pm - Street Jazz at the Marshall Recreation Center

TUESDAY
5:30pm to 6:30pm - Jazz Pro at the American Dance Conservatory
6:30pm to 7:30pm - Beginners Ballet for Adult at the ADC
7:30pm to 8:30pm - Latin Cardio at the ADC

WEDNESDAY
6:30pm to 7:30pm - Variations Ballet at the ADC
5:30pm to 6:30pm - Ballet V at the ADC
7:30pm to 8:30pm - Ballet III and IV at the ADC

THURSDAY
6:30pm to 7:30pm - Samba at the Top Hat Ballroom

CLASSES DESCRIPTION:
Street Jazz - This is a great new fitness class that combines Jazz, Hip Hop, Afro and Latin dance steps to create an energetic workout. Routines are in style of music video clips!

Samba - Dance the sensual Brazilian Samba! You will learn how to move your body in an amazing, and energetic way you never imagined!!! All fitness level are welcome!

Ballet Adult - If you have always wanted to try Ballet, but have never had the courage to give it a go, this is the right time! Learn basic steps, and how to execute them with elegance.

Latin Cardio - It is a Dance and Fitnes sclass that mixes Latin rhythms, Jazz and Aerobic Exercises. Be prepared to sweat, get fit and have loads of fun! No experience needed.

Jazz Pro, Ballet III, IV, V and Variations - Only for experienced students that have been dancing for the past years and meet the technique requirements.

LANA MENDONCA
Raised in Brazil, Lana Mendonca started to dance at the age of five and her strong and powerful style reflects the influence of her background training in Ballet (RAD), Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary and Latin Dance. Her versatility gave her opportunities to perform in TV commercials, music videos, concerts and a short film. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education.
