The Mission of Dauphin Island Elementary is to enable each child to becomea productive, responsible citizen prepared for a changing society by nurturing a love of self,respect for others,and a lifelong love of learning.Understanding the naturally inquisitive and creative mind of a child,the dedicated school staff will accomplish this mission in a safe, orderly, and caring atmosphere conducive to learning.
