We offer two support groups each week for people challenged by bipolar and depression disorders.  The groups provide an opportunity to learn about resources available in Salinas, share information and build supportive relationships.  

The Monday evening 6:00 pm group meets at the First Presbyterian Church of Salinas at 830 Padre Drive (Off Romie Lane).  For information, call (831) 915-7654.

We ask that participants be people living with the mood disorder (not friends or family) and be willing to agree to keep our personal information confidential .
