The positive impact of this turnover has been the incredible new ideas and enthusiasm of the new board members. Your Board has been very busy this summer revisiting and in some cases revamping our goals and initiatives. Stay tuned for a new fundraiser, the establishing of a rink committee, skills clinics and more! There are many ways that you can contribute to the success of The Demons. Whether it be coaching, team manager, reporter or participating on the board or a subcommittee it is the involvement of the membership that will ensure success for our children.

Our organizational goals for the coming year are as follows:

Maintain a focus on making certain the children are having fun playing a sport they can enjoy for the rest of their life. Fun is first!

Introduce new initiatives to improve skill development.

Strengthen the Developmental Program.

Create a new and expanded Rink Committee.

Continue to improve the tryout process.
