As an affiliate of John C. Lincoln Health Network, Desert Mission Neighborhood Renewal (DMNR) is a community development corporation that facilitates the development of housing, neighborhoods and businesses in North Phoenix, primarily Sunnyslope.

Since its inception, DMNR has partnered with city, state and private groups to identify housing and infrastructure needs of the surrounding areas.

Our core programs and services include:

Housing counseling and home-buyer assistance.

Infill affordable housing and homeowner rehabilitation.

Commercial development and redevelopment.

DMNR operates with an independent board of directors, but still works with other Desert Mission programs to meet the needs of our community.
