As part of the Denver YMCA, the Downtown YMCA helps people lead active, healthy lives. The Downtown Denver YMCA features a large gym, basketball courts, an indoor track, a cycling room, message therapy, and state-of-the-art fitness equipment, along with the latest fitness classes including yoga, Zumba®, and Pilates Reformer. Serving people of all ages, the Downtown Y provides summer day camp for kids, as well as SilverSneakers® and senior activities for older adults. The Downtown Y also leads programs in disease prevention, community outreach, and youth development.
