EarthWinn Farm
EarthWinn Farms CSA is a collaboration between two family farms. Our main site is located in Beaverton, MI, where we are raising heirloom variety vegetables of all kinds, heritage breed chickens and eggs, and Soay sheep. We also work with a family member who has a farm in Remus, MI, where we are raising rabbits (live or dressed) and Dexter cattle. This is our second year operating a CSA, so we are offering limited memberships and selling the rest at farmer's markets. If there are short veggie weeks, we may offer freezer meat and/or eggs as substitutes.

We should have some early peas, beans, and greens, so members may be able to start receiving baskets earlier. We will keep members updated with a weekly e-newsletter.

This is a work in progress folks! We are committed to local food supply, organic methods, heirloom variety produce, heritage breed preservation, and community. We offer deeply discounted memberships to families who are struggling with caring for a special needs child. We are a small family farm near Beaverton, Gladwin, Coleman, and Clare, not too far from Midland. We are raising chemical free vegetables from heritage seeds, many different colors and varieties of tomatoes, peppers, melons, onions, carrots...too many to list! We will be adding heritage breed chickens, eggs, rabbits, and grass fed Dexter cattle this spring. We also work with (our) family farmers in Remus and Clare.

Next year we will offer CSA memberships. We are offering a very limited number of memberships for this (2010) season for members who would like/accept chicken, rabbit, eggs, fresh bread, jam, etc. during short veggie weeks.
