Holiday Promotions has promoted antique events in the mid- Atlantic area for over 30 years. The owners, Bill and Jo Thomas, of Abingdon, Md. have been antique dealers since 1968. In 1987 they took over promoting the antique shows at the Maryland State Fairgrounds. Eventually they started other shows in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Currently they do one large 150 dealer show in Allentown in June (Antique City Show), a 150 table bottle show in York in Oct. and a 55 dealer show in Carlisle in May and Nov.

For the Carlisle show they teamed up with Ed Sawicki of New Jersey to manage the show. Ed has also been an antique dealer for years and specializes in glass also. The Carlisle show is a general show, but is known as one of the best shows for glass in the country.
