We will be offering produce in units so that members will be able to choose specific produce so that they may take only what they know they will be utilizing. Each week the harvest will be grouped into units by weight or quantity. Example of units: 1 pint of tomatoes, 12 potatoes, etc. Members will be able to choose a certain number of units to be determined by the harvest.

Eats Village Farm is in it's third year as a CSA farm in the Town of Ulster.

Located just off of route 209 on Sawkill Road, we are easy to access. This is our third year as a CSA and it is our goal to serve our community by providing organically grown produce.

This year we will be adding bees, chickens, blueberry bushes and fruit trees. Please see our website for more information and a printable contract for the year.
