Elysian Fields Farm

Elysian Fields Farm is owned and operated by Elise Margoles. The farm produces a myriad of vegetables for its CSA program. Both traditional and unique colors and varieties of carrots, lettuces, tomatoes and more.

Elysian Fields Farm, entering its eleventh year in 2011, runs a 125 member CSA program and delivers to the Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Durham areas. The farm also sells its vegetables, fruits and meats at the Wednesday and Saturday Carrboro Farmers Markets. The farm provides weekly newsletters with their CSA shares in an effort to educate members on farming practices and local availability of goods produced.
