Emma Farm
An extraordinary 10-acre farm and artist collective in West Asheville, sustainably growing heirloom vegetables, herbs, and flowers. We specialize in unusual and rare edibles/medicinals from around the world that have great culinary, aesthetic, and historical value. And, starting this year, we are growing many varieties of edible mushrooms - shiitake, enoki, french trumpet, maitake, lion's mane, and many types and colors of oyster mushrooms. Welcome to a new new method of growing food - the "farm adventure" - Where creativity, beauty, fantasy, fun, and growth-oriented attitudes are as important as delivering quality food for a great price to your plate.

We offer a colorful array of vegetables - from traditional favorites like squash and tomatoes, to some lesser known things like mizuna and pineapple tomatillos. All of our vegetables are grown without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers.
