Emory Grove is a old Methodist Camp Meeting Ground founded in 1868.  It has summer evening worship services on Sundays and evening Hymn Sings on Wednesdays during the summer months in the open-air Tabernacle. Other activites are held at the old Hotel, including After Tea and a Blueberry Bakesale.  There are 47 privately owned cottages which were built at the beginning of the last century.
