Faith Community Church has been serving Christ here in Roslyn since 1936.  My great desire - a desire shared by all of our leaders - is to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a way that will enable those who have not yet trusted in Christ to do so, and to enable those who have trusted in Christ to allow the truth of the Gospel to guide their day-to-day lives.

Because God speaks to us through His Word, our worship services are built around the sermon.  We sing Christ-centered songs (older and newer), pray, read Scripture, give, and spend 30-40 minutes looking at a particular text of Scripture.  Our sermons are expository sermons, meaning that we generally take a book of the Bible and work through it sequentially, explaining and applying its teaching.  From time to time I may do a topical series, but each sermon is rooted in a particular passage.
