Our mission at Faith is “Glorifying God by spreading the Gospel through preaching, teaching and living our daily lives.” Over the years, our lord has provided many opportunities for outreach in his name.

In the late 1800s, a Lutheran Pastor settled in Lake Forest and started holding services twice a month. In 1954, the congregation of Faith Lutheran Church was officially organized. Soon after, construction started on the original church building, and in 1957, the first service was held in the sanctuary.
