The goal of the Fat Bike Summit was to introduce fat bikes (specially engineered bicycles with high floatation 4 ³ tires designed to be ridden on snow) and discuss surrounding issues and challenges for their use at the city, county, regional, state and federal level parks and forests. Attendees included Forest Service management, National and State Park Rangers, Business Owners, and Chamber of Commerce Representatives from around the Greater Yellowstone region.
