FitSTEPS for Life is a non-profit devoted to enhancing quality of live and survival for cancer patients.  Our vehicle is providing free fitness and nutrition sessions delivered by trained Clinical Staff.  We have 7 locations in the Dallas area.  Our Plano location is at The First Baptist Church, 1300 E. 15th Street, Plano, TX 75074.  We are seeking volunteers 18 and older to encourage, motivate and assist particpants during exercise sessions.  Please contact Lindsay at [email protected] or at 972-664-0098.
