Today, Eutaw's quiet streets are still graced by the town homes and mansions build from the 1820's to the turn of the century. Of fifty-three remaining antebellum structures, 27 have already been admitted to the National Register of Historic Places and dozens more historic homes of the Victorian era survive in Eutaw.

The people of this peaceful little community enjoy sitting on porch swings and greeting neighbors on an evening stroll, just as residents have done for one hundred and fifty years. Barges still travel the Warrior River and railways continue shipping for local manufacturers, but Eutaw's main artery of commerce is now Interstate 20/59 just two and a half miles from the town square.
