We have created a private training facility where the trainers love being there and clients reap the benefits of a dedicated trainer. We have the freedom to train with our own unique style and go above and beyond for our clients. We adapt our training to each client and their goals. We prefer to educate our clients on what is right and wrong with nutrition so they can understand why they should make certain choices versus others in different situations and how to always be prepared.

As owner of Grind Fitness, I started training in 2012 while in the military - leading command pt and also working with individuals on the side. I decided I wanted to pursue personal training as my career and left the Navy. I trained at a few gyms before deciding I could create a product that would be better for the clients and also for the trainers.  Everything lined up perfectly and I was able to make the move to start my own facility - Grind Fitness. What made me love personal training wasn't the love of being in the gym, I don’t need to be a trainer to be in the gym, but I loved how personal training impacts people lives as we push together and conquer all goals. First and foremost, our style of training improves health and also improves confidence making people feel more comfortable in their body.
