We are a non-profit organization dedicated to be "People Helping People". We currently have about 20 members who volunteer and participate in progressive community activities. We have events that we host, sponsor, and support. Guardians in Action is constantly searching for opportunities to help eradicate homelessness and hunger in Liberty and Long County, GA. Last year we established our mentoring program, "Guarding Our Future" which allows local youth from ages 11-18 years old to be matched with a trained and certified mentor and develop a positive relationship that boosts self-esteem and helps the youth develop goals.
